Our Growth and Development Plan

Growth and development is an ambition of every business. At Mzansi SP, we believe in growth that is sustainable and meaningful to a true development of the business. The company believes that investing in assets would genuinely increase the value of any enterprise, hence our savings are being channeled towards procuring advanced equipment that will be used by the company in its operations and also in generation much needed healthy cash flows through hiring out to other smaller companies. This is informed by a well-calculated demand of these equipments in the entertainment industry. Since our country’s economy is growing at such a fast rate, there is also a growing need to maintain its resources. Through this, we have identified an opportunity of rendering Data Projection services.

Mzansi Sounds and Promotions has initiated a progressive Skills Development Policy designed to develop the company’s staff and reverse skills shortages in the process. Through the provision of training and learnerships, the company hopes to aggressively eradicate obstacles that prevent members from designated groups to perform in the workplace. We hope to meet our training commitment through setting aside a fund dedicated to this function. We build capacity on customer services, management principles, quality assurance and marketing in practice.
